The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has announced the release of tender to own and operate NepalT20 team through Seven3Sports, its “Strategic and Commercial Partner.

The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) had earlier announced that cricket leagues are gaining popularity across the world. Nepal’s official T20 Cricket league, NepalT20, will kick start from September 24th and shall be played till the finals on October 22nd, 2022.

First edition of Nepal’s official T20 Cricket League to start from September 24th, 2022. The Final will be on October 22nd, 2022. 6 Teams with a “Home and Away” format to compete for national glory at TU Stadium, Kathmandu.

”The “Invitation to Tender” (ITT) is hereby issued for prospective and interested business houses with a passion for sports to own and operate NepalT20 team. ITT is released to invite interest for six teams. In- terested parties are requested to email at itt@Nepalt20.com to get further details for purchasing the ITT. The email requesting the ITT should have the subject line “ITT for the Right to Own and Operate One of Six Proposed New NepalT20 Teams”.

Any interested party wishing to submit a bid is required to purchase the ITT. However, only those satisfying the eligibility criteria set out in the ITT and subject to the other terms and conditions set out therein, shall be eligible to bid. It is clarified that merely pur- chasing this ITT does not entitle any person to bid.

ITT is open from 9:00 AM, May 27th, 2022

Last date for seeking clarifications, if any – June 6th, 2022

Last date for Tender submission (Duly complete in all respect) – 5:00 PM, June 10th, 2022.
